Laura Delizonna, PhD is a Stanford instructor, internationally renowned keynote speaker, executive coach, and author of four books Enhancing Emotional Intelligence, Mindful Leaders, Thrive, and Mindful. She is an expert in psychological safety, leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing. Laura regularly speaks at Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Facebook, Accenture, Disney, McKinsey, Uber, and LinkedIn. Her practical, science-based workshops and keynotes have inspired and provided practical tools to business leaders, government officials, and public audiences in over 20 countries.

Before partnering with Delizonna, Inc., Ted Anstedt was the Founder and CEO of Merit Training, Inc., a change management company. For over 20 years Ted’s firm worked with companies like Bank of America and Scotiabank to fuel personal and organizational growth. Merit was sold in 1999. Throughout his career, Ted has specialized in assisting Fortune 500 companies to achieve their strategic objectives more effectively through higher levels of employee engagement and behavior change. Ted’s programs are currently being used in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Ted received his BA and MA at Stanford University and is currently the co-instructor of the popular Stanford Continuing Studies series of courses on Positive Psychology and its applications to individuals and organizations.
