As the winter months come to an end, springtime is the perfect opportunity to reinvigorate your routine and re-focus on future goals and personal aspirations. During April and May, we’ll be leading two seminars at Stanford University. The first is a 4-week course that meets each Monday, called Thriving at Work, and focuses on elevating performance and general happiness at work and beyond.

The second class, Mindfulness, takes place on May 16 and centers around thoughtfulness and working to become present in your life. We’ll explore what mindfulness really means, discuss its roots, as well as modern applications.

Both courses promise to be insightful, eye-opening and fun, of course! We hope you’ll join us!
